Who you are contracting with

Steven ("the Service") is an AI portfolio review service operated by kindaclever (Steven Ustupski) ("we", "us"). Contact: steveupski@gmail.com.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your purchase receipt and invoice are issued by Paddle.

What you get

A review pack grants a fixed number of AI-generated portfolio reviews. Reviews are automated opinions generated by a language model. They are informational only, are not employment advice, and do not guarantee any hiring outcome.

Acceptable use

• Submit only URLs you own or are authorised to share for review.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that contains other people's confidential information.
• Do not attempt to scrape, resell, automate, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in the portfolio content you submit. We keep all rights in the Service, its interface, and its review methodology. The review text we return is yours to use for your own portfolio.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund beyond what the Refund Policy requires, if you breach these terms, abuse the Service, or use it fraudulently.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
