Data controller

kindaclever (Steven Ustupski) is the data controller for personal data processed by this service. Contact: steveupski@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and sign-in timestamps.
• Submitted content — the portfolio and case-study URLs you enter, any site password you supply to unlock a page, and the text extracted from those pages.
• Purchase data — transaction reference, amount, currency, and purchase status. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data — IP address and browser user agent, used in hashed form only to limit abuse of the free review.

Why we use it

To generate your review, to keep your purchased credits available across devices, to process payments and refunds, to prevent abuse, and to respond to support requests.

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record; processes payments, receipts, tax and refunds.
• Supabase — database, authentication and hosting of account records.
• Google (Gemini via the Lovable AI Gateway) — generates the review text from the extracted page content.
• Google Gmail — delivers operational notification emails to the site owner.

Retention

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as the account exists and for as long as tax law requires. Submitted URLs and review logs are kept while your account is active.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing steveupski@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, review log and credits.

Cookies and local storage

We store a sign-in session and your light/dark theme preference in your browser. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
